Our Baked Goods

Every morning before the beach goers rise, our bakers are in the ice cream shop getting ready to bake the goodies for the day. You will love our homemade recipes that have been passed down for generations. You can definitely taste the difference!

All of our baked goods are made on the premises from scratch. We use no mixes and no premade or frozen products. We use farm fresh butter, sugars, flour, a variety of nuts, baking chocolate, and Callebaut chocolate chips. 

Panda Brownie

Dark devil's food chocolate cake layered brownie with a cream cheese and a melted Callebaut chocolate glaze.

Double Fudge Brownie

Extra baking chocolate & Callebaut chocolate chips melted into brownies!

Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie

Deep chocolate brownie with walnuts swirled with creamy cheesecake.

Homemade Oreo Cookie

Dark chocolate cookie dough baked and double stuffed with a sweet vanilla confection.

Macaroon

Large coconut macaroon baked until the lightly browned and crispy and then swirled with melted Callebaut chocolate

Chocolate Chip Cookie

Made the old-fashioned way with a lot of Callebaut chocolate chips and downright delicious! 

Peanut Butter Brownie

Rich peanut butter brownie topped with a thick chocolate peanut butter frosting.

Heath Bar Cookie

Our classic chocolate chip cookie covered with Heath Bar pieces.

Lemon Bar

Shortbread base covered with a thick layer of freshly made lemon curd sprinkled with confectionary sugar
